New, unopened products are eligible for a full refund for up to two weeks after the purchase date. 

Local Returns

You may return your purchase to our in-store location within 2 weeks of purchase with your receipt.  Products purchased online cannot be accepted at the in-store location.

Online Returns

You may return by mail only and within 2 weeks of purchase. Please pack your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit. Please mail a copy of your receipt along with the product(s) you are returning to:

Allow 7 days for returns and refunds to be processed if sent by mail. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

-Opened or damaged products will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Latisse and all other prescriptions are ineligible for return. 

- Culte Voeux will pay return shipping for orders involving fulfillment error only.
